把“囍报”译成“Happy Times”没有错，不过不懂中文的人看了“Happy Times”， 还是不知道到底“Happy”所指的是什么，也不知到报纸到底是报道什么内容——也就是说，没把“囍”的内在含义翻译出来。从报纸的标题可以看得出来，这个双喜是指结婚，所以可以考虑翻译为:Happy Wedding Times，这样的话，别人一看也就知道这份报纸是报道跟结婚相关的新闻了。
哎哟——我还忘了旁边还有字呢，估计这份《囍报》就是那份我国发行最短的报纸，当日创刊（start publication）当日停刊（cease publication）——好特别的报纸呀！
唔——肯定是北京最近搞了个报纸展览，把以前一些有历史意义的报纸那来展出，作为我国报纸行业的历史回顾。
