Very funny. What I read was “Taxi steak”! Steak in the shape of a taxi? or could I order steak in a taxi?

In “Buddha’s name”. Very funny. What I read was “Taxi steak”! Steak in the shape of a taxi? or could I order steak in a taxi? I think 卡士 = cars? I believe the teacher wants the student to tell which one is correct? 的士[taxi] or 士的[steak]?
I don’t understand what this is? Seems like an exam?
