I haven’t tried it yet. I mean, give me chocolate spread and I’ll eat it. Give me a cheese slice and I’ll eat it. But chocolate-flavoured cheese slices? That might be an additive too far, even for me.
Also, this stuff seems to have replaced the black-pepper cheese slices, which were actually nice - just little bits of pepper in the ‘cheese’ - so I’m annoyed if I’m not getting those back . . .

Reminds me of a kind of brown cheese I ate in Norway. Can’t remember what it was called, but it was a kind of paste-like substance, thinner than real cheese, thicker than Nutella, mostly cheese-y flavour with a hint of chocolate….. Hard to analyse the flavour of foods in a country that doesn’t do flavour.
As for black-pepper cheese: New Zealand used to do a variety of ‘flavoured cheeses’, which tended to be rather inferior cheeses dressed up with things like black pepper, garlic, and a variety of other herbs and spices, and were generally pretty sandwich-worthy. Don’t know if they still do it, it’s been a while since I went home.
