看到豆腐坊,就自然而然地想到“卖豆腐”这三个字。中国有句老话:人生有三苦,撑船、打铁、卖豆腐。撑船、打铁都是力气活,苦就不言而喻了,但有人不明白怎么卖豆腐也苦啊?其实是这样的,以前卖豆腐的可不像现在这样只管卖,以前卖豆腐的是典型的自产自销。他们半夜3点多就得从被窝里爬起来忙活,把前一夜泡好的黄豆拿出来磨生豆浆,再把生浆过滤、煮开,兑入石膏粉。(我说得可太轻巧了,其实以前真正做过手磨豆腐的就知道里面还有很多讲究的细节呢,一个细节把握不住,豆腐就要么不能凝结成形,要么硬得像石头。)还得一早拿去市场卖,不能留到中午,不然天一热,豆腐容易馊。
不过,现在豆腐的加工工艺可好多,而且有了冰箱,豆腐的保鲜也不成问题了,过去买豆腐的劳作之苦也因被世人遗忘而安安静静地沉淀在历史的长河中了。
