Yup - it’s in the parking lot of the 港澳中心 hotel in Beijing.

Reminds me of “造粪机 (shit maker)”. I used to make fun of my nephew with that. He didn’t get it at that time so he shouted proudly with superman look “I am a shit maker!!”
