Signese.com is a collection of photos of Chinese characters in action. Although most are taken by myself on the streets of Beijing, many are contributions, which can be sent directly from your mobile phone.

It’s amazing the places basketball hoops appear in China. Are the basketball courts of the Forbidden City and the area just outside Mao’s mausoleum still there?
