Signese.com is a collection of photos of Chinese characters in action. Although most are taken by myself on the streets of Beijing, many are contributions, which can be sent directly from your mobile phone.

看见这个，我倒想起我们中国人关于喝酒的一句俗话，据说在北方特别流行，叫：感情浅，舔一舔；感情深，一口闷；感情铁，喝出血。我常常想，幸亏我不能喝酒，属于“舔一舔就倒”的那个类型，永远也到不了“喝出血”的程度。
不知道外国朋友喝酒的时是不是也这么“悲壮”，他们会在酒桌上说什么呢？:-P
