Signese.com is a collection of photos of Chinese characters in action. Although most are taken by myself on the streets of Beijing, many are contributions, which can be sent directly from your mobile phone.
Queries and thoughts about the photos are always welcome via the comment function.

* With regards to the photo “Position Vacant”, actually, the character is 招, zhao1. I’m posting this here because there seems to be a glitch. The posts take up the whole window, and I can scroll down to the “Add” box at the bottom of the page. Maybe it’s my computer’s problem.
